What to Expect
CONSULTATIONS

All clients must have a date and venue booked prior to booking a consultation.

First 1 hour in-studio consultation is complimentary. We'll gather some basic design ideas, color palette, & floral ideas.

Following our consultation, you'll receive an estimate with our design concept.

A deposit will be required to book your date.

 

As a booked client, we'll setup a second appointment to discuss the finer details of our design plan. A sample may be provided during this time.

 

During our last appointment, we'll do a venue walk-through to finalize our design plans. We will adjust numbers and make any last minute revisions.

All remaining balances are due during this time.

PRICING

Each event is priced uniquely according to client's own style, budget, venue restrictions, and availability. 

DELIVERY

All rental orders require delivery service. Delivery includes the time and labor involved in packing the truck prior to the event, driving to the venue, delivering all items on order, setting up all items according to floor plan, and recollecting/repackaging all items on order. This ensures all items are set in place according to a floor plan or direction provided. Delivery services generally range between $150 and $3000 and are based on distance traveled, size of the order, labor involved, times requested for delivery/pickup, and venue restrictions

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Your deposit is non-refundable. Items may be swapped of equal value until two weeks before event. You may add items at any time. There will be no refunds or credit issued for cancellations of event, inclement weather, or for any items that has been reserved but unused. 

DAMAGES & TERMS

You (the customer) are responsible for returning rental items in the same condition in which they were received, except for ordinary wear and tear. You are liable for the replacement cost of damaged or lost items. 
By accepting these terms, you allow permission to use photos that we take at your event on our websites, social media sites, advertisements, etc. with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way.
